CONSULTATION FEES
Please note:
Appointment fee approximately $240 for initial assessment and $200 for follow-up, depending on complexity/time required.
Clients receive:
- Private Health Fund rebates are available, based on individual cover.
- GP Management Plans are encouraged for support needed for 6 months or longer.
- Please describe what you'd like support/advice for, when making your booking and
please bring "Purple Child Health Record Book".

- Comprehensive growth and nutritional status assessment, including any special needs
- Personalised nutrition counselling
- Advice on behavioural aspects of eating within complexities of daily life and family dynamics
- Support to overcome barriers to progress
- Information sheets as needed
- Take-home plan and
- Summary letter to referring doctor, as appropriate.
